> Concedus is a BaFin-licensed Wertpapierinstitut (securities institution) headquartered in Nuremberg, Germany. We provide regulatory infrastructure for European capital markets, combining MiFID II investment-services licensing with a MiCAR Title III crypto-asset-services license. Operators across the EEA — tied agents, fund placement partners, fintechs, and neobanks — run regulated distribution under or alongside our license. BaFin-ID 10157094. Licensed since 2020 (MiFID II), MiCAR-activated January 2026.
