      As an employee in our Compliance Department, you will monitor and document the company’s internal control and functional actions. You will review sanctions list hits, communicate with other departments, and be the first point of contact for them on compliance-related issues.

      Tasks

      • Reviewing and reading potential hits from the sanctions list, as well as evaluating the hits and initiating appropriate follow-up actions.
      • Support of the money laundering and compliance officers in control and monitoring activities as well as independent execution and documentation of control activities with regard to compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
      • Supporting the specialist departments in compliance and money laundering-related issues, especially in the customer acceptance process

    • Compliance Officer (m/w/d)

      In this multifaceted role, you will share responsibility for the creation and assessment of system-relevant policies, procedures, and controls, and will work closely with other functional areas. They monitor all measures and processes aimed at ensuring compliance with laws and regulations for the entire company. They actively participate in the implementation and optimization of these processes.

      Tasks

      • Independent and autonomous implementation of legal requirements for a securities institution according to e.g. WpIG, MaComp, MaRisk as well as further compliance requirements
      • Preparation of reports on the results of control activities
      • Further development and optimization of the existing internal control system (ICS)
      • Analysis of regulatory requirements as well as derivation and development of suitable measures to meet these requirements in coordination with the respective departments

      As part of our IT team, you should be an all-rounder. You have practical IT experience or are at the end of your studies in an IT-related field. You will independently create IT documentation, business process forms, instructions or procedural instructions with an IT context. They provide first-level support to users experiencing difficulties in handling, setting up, or operating work equipment. You will also actively support the continuous development of in-house automation processes. Therefore you should think very well logically and know rudimentary languages like “PowerShell” or “C”. Backend or frontend support is also part of your job description. You should additionally be familiar with Microsoft systems – specifically Office 365 and Windows operating systems. You can still learn many new languages and architectures!

    • Backend Developer (m/w/d)

      As a regulated company, we have an increased need for security and availability of our IT systems. You optimize existing applications or write new modules for existing applications. This primarily includes Web API applications with database connections such as MySQL/MSSQL databases. Since our applications have to process a lot of data in sometimes very short time, they need a performant code, clean classes and a lot of parallel data processing considering the business logic. Creativity is a constant companion here. Besides programming, documentation is an important point. Here you can record newly implemented functions in a simple and understandable way, as well as update and optimize the documentation for our customers.

      • Optimization, redesign and further development of the website/web applications

    • Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

      As Customer Success Manager, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers. You maintain business relationships and are in close contact with your customer base. They put customer wishes into practice or mediate between the internal specialist departments and the clientele. You are also available as a contact person for new customers. This also involves the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings and general organization.
