1. Content liability (§ 7 TMG)
Concedus is responsible for its own content made available on this site, under the general laws. As a service provider, Concedus is not, however, under an obligation to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete violation of law becomes known. Upon notification of corresponding violations of law, we will remove the content concerned without delay.
2. Link liability (§§ 8–10 TMG)
